Bottleneck at the crux of Liberty Ridge

There were 4 different teams at the crux (approx. one pitch of 55° ice) just above the bergshrund. I took this picture looking down at the crowd. To skier's left, there was a Russian team of 3 who live in Maryland, then directly below me are my partners Dave & Brad and to skier's right there were an additional two teams, one of 3 and one of 2...can't see their leaders as they're belaying a few yards from me to the right, 11 climbers total: May 30, 2007 (Photo: Miguel Forjan).
