So much snow?Is so much snow normal in July at this elevation?

Re: So much snow?Good question. Actually no. This year we had unusually little snow fall until April and May rolled around and then we had a lot accumulate at the higher elevations. That combined with lots of cloudy weather in June which slowed the melt-off. There is still a lot of snow to be found above 5000 feet but at least it's all solid now. I call it Cascade Concrete.
