Weekend spent exploring the Tungsten Hills near Bishop, California.

The Tungsten Hills, otherwise known as Buttermilk Country, are a group of hills and boulder outcrops in Inyo County, California. The desert terrain plays a stark contrast to the Sierra Nevada Mountains that rise to over 13,000 feet to the west. A day, or more, can be spent exploring this wonderful area.
