Brecciated Pillow Basalt Conglomerate

Possibly brecciated pillow basalt, intermixed with volcaniclastic siltstone and sandstone (an estimation by a geologist friend of Paul Klenke), the rock near the summit of Peak B is unusually stable for the Olympics. Photographed July 31, 2009.
