Was fortunate enough to be able to climb with Karl, Tim Olsen and Mike Schoen on what we believe is a first ascent. No signs of anyone ever being there and lots of cleaning to do. Tim attempted to drill some rap bolts in but broke his bit in the dense rock underneath. Not quite sure what he rapped down from as he cleaned the anchor the rest of us rapped from! Gorgeous day, face and arm-thrashing approach, fun time with a really good group. If anyone follows this, might want to take some pitons to set up a rap anchor as the rocks are looooooooose and not sure you would want to sling anything there for an anchor.
Interesting traverse to the summit, makes for a slight downclimb on the return. Ah, adventure climbing.
