| In preparation for an ultra I ran from the Experimental forest road up to the summit of Bottle Peak, along the ridge to Byers, down Byers up to Bills, down into the valley, up Bottle again, tagged Ptarmigan and back down to the road. 18 miles with 9000 vert or so. | |
