Can I Get an Anchor, please?

Tim drills to try to put an anchor in, it would not end successfully. Mike and Karl and probably trundling something over there as we wait.

Re: why?

Drill bit got stuck and then broke. Tim thought it was due to the rock being denser in the unweathered layer underneath. Mike, Karl and I rapped off an anchor of gear and pitons but I don't really know what Tim rapped from. Think he slung a loose boulder and half-rapped/half-downclimbed.

Re: why?

Nice!
(despite a "no-happy-ending" ending ;)

Re: Convenience anchors

You're an idiot. Nothing was left behind. There were no solid horns or boulders. Contact Tim if you want to debate safe rap anchors.
