We thought about going there to mountain bike back in the day when we lived in NJ....unfortunately never got around to it. Pretty area esp. in fall. Maybe you can add some hiking guidebooks to the page. Nice job otherwise.
I have traveled I-80 and found it to be well wooded in many places. This reminds me of the wilder part of that route. I thought all the pix especially the fall ones were great.
A lot of effort put into the page......However, I am not sure about the elevation. Look at the Grand Caynon page, usually the elevation is the highpoint, or specifically the main viewing point above the caynon. Other than that, I applaud your effort. Great job.
Howdy there! I put the elevation in as the elevation given on topozone.com just because that's what it has listed as the elevation. I will however change it. Thankyou for the comments and vote. Have a good one!
Thanks so much. It's funny how the east has so many more hidden treasures and I've never been able to figure out why they're hidden. Oh well......they're not now!:) Thanks so much and you have a good one!

Untitled CommentWell Britt, I see the reason why there are still none of your picts on the Watles page :-( But this is a beautiful page! Very well done!

Untitled CommentNice page of an not-well-known area. I passed through here on a bicycle trip in 1972 and remember being very impressed by the beauty. Thanks.

Untitled CommentNice page. Seems every Appalachian state his its own "Grand Canyon" of fill-in-the-blank. This one in PA looks pretty dramatic.

Re: Untitled CommentNew Jersey had one, but we needed a place for garbage, so we filled it in.

Untitled CommentSweet... I may end up back in PA in a year's time, so it's nice to know that SP would still help me find great places to enjoy the outdoors.
