Just an example of how the weather changes here. This is looking back from the base of Naga Pulu with Carstensz in the background. White out conditions can set in in a matter of minutes and often do. Good local knowledge, GPS and compass mandatory when it goes bad. This particular cloud contained extremely heavy rain, hail and snow. Temperatures naturally drop dramatically as does comfort factor.
