| Baarb | Lost but fun!

| Was on the way to Mt. Shasta when I saw this area by the roadside and figured I'd have a detour. Camped overnight then took off down the trail and shortly lost it due to snow fall. Reckon I did some unintentional climbing on Six Toe Rock before seeing the real path far down below, retreating then heading up between Castle Crags and Castle Dome only to find non-shifting clouds and the beginnings of a blizzard. Amazingly atmospheric due to no-one else being around. |
