Thanks for the kind words. It's about 26 miles line-of-sight to Wrightson. An ambitious hiker could plan to hike Wrightson, drive down to Pena Blanca in time to take to climb the rock, then camp by the lake.
No guide books that I have seen. It's just _there_. I'd love to know more about the geology, but haven't found anything. If I do, I'll update the page.
Nice work on this one - I'm definitely going to check it out on my next day off! Only other thing I'd do would be to add it to the group "Tucson area summits"
