When traveling from the south, if you take the first signed Wilcox exit from I-25 you will need to turn north on Wilcox, not south. You will then turn right on Fifth and then left on Front (at the signalized intersection of Fifth and Front the street name sign actually reads Perry - the street name apparently changes names to Front as you head north).
