marlonwarrenBest CampSite!

Voted 10/10

This is the best campsite on the planet! I an sure getting there was hard work, but well worth the effort.

Is there a photo with your tent at this location?

Keep up the good work!

It´s not so hard getting there. Basicly it´s one of the easier trecks in Nationalpark "Los Glaciares".
I´ll upload a photo of my tent, although it´s not really spectacular and you might not think the place is special by looking at the photo of the tent.
It´s just a step out of the forest and you will have a (mostly clouded) view at the king of granit - Cerro Torre.

If you do so, bring some extra time. Even it looks like a lot of blue skies from my pictures, there are more days when you can´t see no mountains at all.
That´s a part of the tension in Patagonia. You can go to bed in a snowstorm and wake up with no wind and no clouds the next morning.
