... the peak to the north. Ken is using a high quality surveyors scope to sight in on the summit of the neighbor just north that has almost the same elevation as the one we are on. His findings agreed with that of John Vitz who also felt the summit we were on was higher by about 20 feet. John Vitz had hiked over to that other summit and sighted back just to be sure. With a prominence of several hundred feet, there are those who will make the trek to that neighbor. 5-30-10
