Chisos Mountains from Paint Gap Hills

In Big Bend National Park, TX, due south from the road out to the Paint Gap Hills are the Chisos Mountains. This image was taken in July 2005. A line of clouds shaded the foreground, while a light haze gave an ethereal quality to the mountain range that is very suggestive of the Big Bend experience.
