Class 4 Gully

[ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Class 4 Gully
This gully, near the top of Middle Lookout Couloir and on its left side, allowed me to avoid the headwalls and cornices at the top that were too steep, high, or dangerous to climb.

Some stemming was required. Above the gully, I still had to cross steep but reasonable snow between the gully and the top of the ridge.
