Climbing El Dueno, Sandias, NM

El Dueno (Spanish for the owner) is a new route in the Sandias. The route was set up by John Kear and Marc Ripperger, both both professional mountain guides, just within the past month. I was told that I was only the 5th person climbing this route.
The photo shows the 1st pitch of the climb, trad climbing with one bolt placed on the 1st pitch section (not much protection in that area). Rated 5.7.
