Close up of the Tournette Spur route, seen from the Rainetto hut on the opposite side of the Miage valley



1= Mt. Blanc (4810 m.)

2= Mt. Blanc De Courmayeur (4765 m.)

3= Tournette (4677 m.)

4= Shoulder (4450 m.)



To give an idea of the dimensions, the bit of MB going from the Tournette spur to the huge rock spur on the right is as wide and tall as the entire Half Dome.
