Closeup of Glocknerwand

Closeup of Glocknerwand from the north-side. Picture taken from the Fuscherkar-notch (2.840 m) during the ascent to Fuscherkarkopf (3.331 m). To the left you can see Glocknerhorn (3.680 m) and Teufelshorn (3.677 m). Slightly left of the center is the lower Glockner notch (the lowest notch on the whole picture), dividing Grossglockner and Glocknerwand. To the right all the towers of the Glocknerwand are visible (from left to right): - Hoertnagelturm (3.719 m) - Peterkaturm (3.715 m) - Weitzenboeckturm (3.710 m) - Draschturm (3.716 m) - Gerinturm (3.718 m) - Poeschlturm (3.721 m) - Hofmannspitze (NW-summit, 3.711 m) FYI: "Turm" means "tower".
