Many of the Flat Top peaks that I could find on this list were listed as in the Front Range. See Orno Peak, for example (12,133'). Dome and Derby peak had the same issue; I didn't see any others, but didn't look that hard either.
Good catch. If you can help me to identify the Flat Tops range peaks that are incorrectly categorized as Front Range summits, I'll be glad to make the updates.
