Not really, I'm just lazy when it comes to photo captions. Shots that I feel tell a story I just leave alone, like this one. I mention on my page that this is the Solitude Massif. Again, I only submit my very, very best where the image is enough. ATTM, you know that climbing in the Gores requires a lot of planning, and execution, there are no current guidebooks. If I really wanted the entire planet to know every detail about the Gore's I would never see my family. Thus, those who want to visit this place might have to do some homework, like I have. Posting Gore peaks on SP is a lot of work.

Sorry I missed you and Ramen on Sat. I will keep you posted on our Gore endevours, hope you can make it.

I don't know why, but when you see windblown snow around anything up high, its just cool. Nice day too!

"Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."   --Calvin Coolidge
