"As an adolescent I aspired to lasting fame, I craved factual certainty, and I thirsted for a meaningful vision of human life - so I became a scientist. This is like becoming an archbishop so you can meet girls."

Untitled CommentI cannot believe that here there is a Colorado Summit and I'm the first to vote! What happened to all the other Colorado SPers? It must have been very late when you posted it! Anyway a nice page with cool shots!

Untitled CommentGood work. You may want to put round trip hiking distance and elevation gain for the two routes.

Untitled CommentExcellent page! This is a beautiful mountain and you've done a fine job in creating this page as SP continues to have excellent coverage of RMNP. Great job and have a good one!

Untitled CommentYou're cleaning up in RMNP! Nice job on one of the most remote 13ers in the park.

Untitled CommentThanks! Wild Basin is still underrepresented on SP compared to other areas in the Park. Some of the missing peaks are even remoter than Copeland, but in due time we'll get to them...

Untitled CommentExcellent page. This was on my list for this summer - had a backcountry permit and everything - but a business trip got in the way. I confess I never thought of it as a bicycle helmet, though!

Untitled CommentMaybe the helmet thing came out of lack of sleep... It was a long day. I was very lucky with the conditions. Enough snow to make things more interesting, but the trails were clear. The weather held up just long enough.

Untitled CommentThanks! It's easier to do a good job when the mountains look as great as they did yesterday.
