Unfortunately the situation change a bit since 2010/11. Locals charge you almost every day in a range from 10-40 soles. The whole circuit can cost you ~170 soles! It's important to get people know about it because some not organized groups may not take that amount of money to mountains. They give you tickets but look like nobody has a real control over the limits of this procedure. You can try to bargain a little bit if you know spanish.
