Great list! The couloir on Jasper is Gaiteraid.
I've got a few answers to your ?'s: Little Italy on Pikes is north facing, it's approach is about .1 mile, and it's 1100'. Class 3, steep. It's Dyer Straits, not straights.
I would also recommend Dave Cooper's "Colorado Snow Climbs" and "Front Range Descents" by Ron Haddad and Eileen Faughey.
Good thought. I haven't touched this list in quite a while. Cooper's book is definitely required reading. Didn't know about tha Haddad book.
