Absolutely beautiful day. The hills were awash in grass and fiddlenecks. Did a loop - Gold Trail up, Dump Trail down. Some moron rode his dirt bike to the peak and back, though.
A bit hot for summer, but the other three seasons this is a nice place to day hike. Nice views of the higher mountains, pretty wildflowers, etc.
