Czarny Staw (Black Lake) is a mountain lake on the Polish side of Mount Rysy in the High Tatra Mountains (Vysoke Tatry). It is 1,583m above sea level, and overlooks Morskie Oko, which is below. There is a path to Rysy (the highest peak in Poland) on far side where the small snow avalanche has created a scree field to the lake.
