Desert Peppergrass
Desert Peppergrass (Lepidium fremontii) is often also called Desert Alyssum.

Desert Peppergrass is a shrub that can be found at elevations up to 4,000 feet. Its leaves are long and narrow. Its white flowers appear in spring and have four petals.
