Distant Snæfellsjökull

Earlier in the day we climbed Snæfellsjökull. It was a fine climb, and during the drive to Reykjavik I keep looking back. The Icelandic air is clean, which means mountains are visible from far away. But now that we're some 30 km east, it's fading. 15 May 2017.
