| From the Karwendelhaus via the Brendlsteig over the three Ödkarspitzen. From there on to the Birkkarspitze and down the Schlauchkar (5,5 h. in total). Nice, sunny day, great view of the Karwendeltal, views as far as the Zugspitze. | |

| Soloed the Brendelsteig, crossed the ridge and all three Ödkarspitzen, reached the bivy after 4:30 hours. Went up to the Birkkarspitze and descended via the Schlauchkar. Wonderful rock scramble! | |
