| This was (I think) one of my first leads in J Tree. Miguel and I were on our first trip there in 1981 and climbed the Headstone Rock via the existing A1 ladder (which was chopped 10 years later to make a room for a free route up the arete). The same day we climbed Overhang Bypass and this Double Cross route. Very good route for its rating. | |

| Pretty fun route. You do get a small cam placement in the blank section near the ground. | |
