Down the south side

Hazy view down the north side of Aneroid Peak to Dollar Lake and Dollar Ridge. Wildfires to the west were making conditions smoky. In case anyone is wondering (as we were due to our planned hiking path), the south slopes of Aneroid are easily hiked. We had heard from other hikers there were cliffs and it was sketchy Class 3 but rest assured, any cliffs are not high and easily gone around. There are lots of loose rocks but the slope is gentle and you can easily get down it any number of ways.
