Ah, the desertAfter day after day of rain here in the northwest, I long for a peak like this one. I had a week planned to do climbs in Death Valley for next week but an unexpected bout of pneumonia put that off for awhile. Your nice desert pics are inspirational.

Re: Ah, the desertDean, Thanks for the comments. This is truly a wonderful desert peak. You should put it high on your to-do list. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Maybe some dry desert air would help your condition?
