I thought there were bats hanging from the tree but it looks more like some kind of fruit. Any idea what type of tree that is?

Thanks for your comments my friend. Unfortunately, I didn't know the name of the tree. Although there are many kind of trees planted by the Government for shadowing/greenery and beauty purpose in the parks, road sides and in the streets. That's why the Islamabad is most beautiful green city. There no fruit and bats hanging, but these are leaves which are near to fall.
