| Camped near Sperry and climbed the East Face on 100% snow. 55 degree slopes near the top. My son Frank joined me, then we went over and climbed Gunsight afterwards. Great day! | |

| Climbed the west ridge. Very nice climb, I think it is one of the best scrambles in G.N.P. solid rock! Tried once, and had to rap down, do to weather. Came back, and finished. | |

| Maybe this is slightly off topic, but we went up the Sqrague Creek Trail along Edwards to Lincoln Peak. There is the "Sperry Chalet" there. Very nice to stay at! There were tons of mountain goats, even babies. The beginning of trail passes through some nice old growth forest of cedar & hemlock. Very, very quiet and pretty. | |

| Climbed with Moni Spicker. We traversed the peak, ascending the West Ridge and descending the East Ridge / Face then climbed Gunsight Mountain the same day. I highly recommend this trip. | |
