Quick Run Up
Quick run up in the middle of the day. Weather was amazing and the trail was fun. Super classic desert mountain scenery, and a huge variety of different cacti with some really classic saguaro. Scrambled over to One Mountain as well. Fun, fast descent (8 minutes).

Quick little hike
The girlfriend's parents winter in Mesa so we're always looking for something in the area. This along with the Benchmark get you away from any crowds and offer up some exercise before the pool on a down day. Both routes are straight forward but may take a little poking around on braided, sandy roads for the user trail.

Quick hike
Thanks Daniel for posting this page. Got me out of the house for a hike. Weather was cloudy with gentle rains and gray skies.

Steep sections - great weather
I saw a couple of folks took a wrong turn and tried to bushwhack up. They gave up and descended. I was glad that I chose the right way to go. There aren't any trail signs. But it was still easy to figure out the way. Some sections were pretty steep, but overall not too bad.
