"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

early springweather felt like April. Lack of snow ruined my plan for a snowshoe. I parked at 6800ft and walked up the road and ridge to the top. Just a few patches of snow here and there. Pretty good views.

Still a little snowRan into a snow berm across the road, but it was a simple hike up the ridge. Nice views of the Jarbridge Wilderness area to the west. Did this immediately after doing Knoll Mountain earlier in the morning. Attempted Twin Falls COHP after this one, but ran into snow shortly after leaving the pavement. Too bad, this is a long drive from Pasco, WA.

Thanks RayYour directions were a huge help. The wind turbines up top are gone but found the register bottle and loved the views. Went on to do Knoll next (my hiking partner needed it). Your pages are great.

Who's Ellen D?Nice view from the top, but a hazy day detracted from it. Drive up was highlighted by several well-fed antelope on the east slope of the mountain.
