Very neat looking formations. Is this really entrada? Looks like adobe!

Yes these cliffs are indeed Entrada Formation. These cliffs mark the northern terminus of an area called the Wood Bench just south of the Moroni Slopes. Salt Wash separates the two areas and the hike up this valley is very scenic.
