Enjoyable hike
We came up the prominent ridgeline over Point 2461 which had lots of ups and downs. On our descent we dropped into the drainage and it probably was the better route.

Cool brisk desert hike day
Nothing like walking amid 30-foot saguaros in the middle of nowhere in cool, beautiful fall conditions in the 'sert.
