Evolution Giants

Etsuko is enjoying a mighty view of Mt. Darwin and Mt. Mendel from the summit plateau of Mt. Lamarck. On the right side is a false Lamarck summit. Since it looked the most formiddable on the summit plateau, we climbed it first before finding the real summit. It offered some fun knife-edge 4th class climbing. Then we turned around and saw an unattractive pile of talus a little bit higher than us on the other side of the plateau - August 2006
