Voted 10/10 | I don't know why but the vegatative combination of ferns and aspen feels very primal to me. Perhaps its is all the fossilized ferns I have seen. But juxtaposed against colorado's ubiquitous aspen tree, especialy when they are both changing colors, is a very cool treat. I know that there are only two species of fern that inhabit colorados's high country... and neaither are real common. Nice photo.
