Exum Arete Direct, 5.10c
With Coryna from UT. Ironically the next two days we spent climbing the "Direct" (full) Exum arete on the Grand Teton. This relatively short route is located on Rocksprings Buttress located up the ski hill at Jackson Hole. Besides the Snaz on Cathedral Buttress, this might be the cleanest moderate rock climb near the Grand Teton National Park. Despite the ski hills you cross on approach, Rocksprings is set in a beautiful alpine setting. This is a worthy route to plan for a shorter day than the big alpine routes in the park.
