Fairweather, Glacier Bay, Chilkats

Mount Fairweather is the most prominent peak in the region, at 15,000 feet. (Maps here show meters, not feet.) Mt. Crillon, Lituya, and LaPerouse are also dramatic, looming above the Brady Icefield and Outside Coast.

The Chilkat Range to the East include the Takhinsha Mountains on the NE edge of Glacier Bay National Monument, near Haines.
