Famous 6000ers

This album is dedicated to all those 6000ers on our planet that are famous for some kind of reason!
They can be famous of their shape. Or because they are the highest point of a mountain range, continent or country. Another possibility is their challenge of climbing and so on. Whatever reason a 6000er may be famous for, they are collected in this album!

-If you have suggestions for other 6000ers not mentioned, please let me know!
-In this album is ONE image of each mountain.
-Enjoy!!!

The text body, still says 5000, so make sure to change that.

Also, maybe add Machhapuchare. Definately a very famous 6000'er (the page says 7000, but all other sources say it is just short of 6000).

I'd remove the above mountain from your list as it's far from famous. I've stated on my SP page that it's "Shimshal's most famous mountain" however we're talking about a small mountain village in the middle of nowhere that wasn't even connected to the outside world until a few yearsa ago. On the grand scale of things the peak is relatively infamous, even by Karakoram standards. Until recently, few knew the mountain's history. Many people in Northern Pakistan have never heard of the mountain.
