Fireweed - Latin name : Chamaenerion angustifolium Some botanists call this perennial also Epilobium angustifolium. In Poland it occurs in open woods and along streams. It blooms from June to September and can reach height up to even 1.5 meters. Wild animals do not eat mature fireweed. Hiking on Mount Przymiarki (626 m). The Low Beskid – the green trail Iwonicz Zdrój – Mount Przymiarki – Bałucianka – Mount Kopa (640 m) – Rymanów Zdrój – July 24, 2012.
