Forca Vandul, one of the most impressive saddles I have ever seen. To the right is the west face of Monte Zabus, to the left the east face of Pizzo Viene. The gap is some 40m wide and drops to infinity. Sept 13th 2007

It's very impressive indeed

When Findenegg, the famous pioneer of this mountains, saw this place for the first time said: "this is the gate of hell!".
