Route Climbed: trail (with variation) Date Climbed: Dec05
Followed the trail to the base of the cliffs. Instead of then following the trail north to the class 2-3 weakness, I headed straight up. Nicely exposed class 3-4 scrambling took me to the top of the mesa. A short walk from there took me to the highpoint. Saw two bighorns just below the summit.
I've done a hundred or more peaks in the Las Vegas area, and the view from the top of this one is unmatched.
A much better time than I had expected. Nice and short - about 1h40m car-to-car.
