 Fourth Pitch of the Direct East Face Route
CharlesD leads the fourth pitch of the Direct East Face route on the First Flatiron. The Direct East Face is a very enjoyable route of moderate difficulty (5.6) on a 1000-foot face of excellent sandstone. October 2005.

It was a lot of fun, I wish you could have joined us, and I wish I could have joined you guys at Eldo today. We brought the baby home from the hospital today, so it may be a couple weeks before things settle down enough where I can climb again... which is a bummer.
