An early pioneer

Yes, of course! In fact, he's the first known climber of Corno Grande, but probably some chamois-hunter climb it befor him...

He left an amusing description of his climb, very interesting! In my Gran Sasso d'Italia page you can read some apenninic-pioneers stories...
