Gros Piton is highly worthwhile too--the existing SP page kind of undersells it. For that one, I suggest bringing headlamps and persuading your guide to go pre-dawn or late afternoon, when you can have the gorgeous summit forest to yourself.
One that I didn't get to explore on Saint Lucia was Mt. Gimie.

Re: NiceWe actually climbed Gros Piton. We also tried to climb Mount La Combe (438 meters), but the summit area slid away during Hurricane Tomas, leaving a vertical scarp. We thought about Petit, but I had underestimated the time it takes to get to Soufrière from Rodney Bay (where we were staying). Other than Gros Piton and a Catamaran ride to the Soufrière area, we stayed north. Petit Piton sure did look beautiful though. It's cool that you got to climb it.
