From highcamp before the glacier.

Highcamp: Taken in late afternoon from the 16,700 foot camp. This camp is where most climbers will stay since few porters or cooks are glacier trained in Bolivia. An added benefit of staying here is the small stream of some of the purest meltwater we used all trip. Camp is on the right hand side of the approach towards the glacier in an obvious flat area where the lateral moraine joins the snowfield below the glacier.
